How to measure

• Shin: From just below the knee to the top of the ankle.
• Foot: From the ankle to the start of the toes.
• No shoes: Measure barefoot for the most accurate result.

Fit tip: Choose by shin length. Shadow has a close fit with firm padding, so with wide calves or long legs one size up is usually more comfortable.

Customs and duties
Orders within the EU have no customs charges. For orders outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are paid by the customer.

Addresses
We deliver to home and business addresses. We can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or delayed
If your package is lost or delayed, we open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you get your order or a replacement.

Returns

Return period
You have 30 days after delivery to return your order.

Condition
Items must be unused and unwashed, with all tags attached. The original packaging is preferred. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards, groin guards and underwear can only be returned unopened. Personalised products can't be returned.

How to return
Delivered in the EU? Start your return in our return portal and follow the steps. Outside the EU, email support@cagedfight.com with your order number and we'll send you our return address. In that case you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Use a tracked service, as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Return costs
The cost of a return label depends on your country and is shown in the return portal before you confirm. Faulty or wrong items are always returned free of charge.

Refunds
We check your return within 4 business days after it arrives. Your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you return your full order, we also refund the standard shipping costs you paid.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Return the item and place a new order, so you get your new size as fast as possible.

Faulty items
Something wrong with your gear? Email support@cagedfight.com with your order number and a photo. Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not wear from normal use or improper use.
