Questions
How much are my points worth?
100 points = €1. From 500 points you can swap them for €5 off, then in steps of 500.
When do I get points for my order?
You see them as "on the way" right after you order. They're yours 30 days after your order ships, once the return window has closed.
Can I use my points on any order?
On orders from €50. A code covers up to half of your order and can't be combined with other discount codes. Free shipping still applies.
Do I earn points on sale items?
Yes. You earn on everything except gift cards, on what you actually paid.
I ordered as a guest. Do my orders count?
Yes. Log in with the same email address and your points show up.
Do my points expire?
Only if you don't order for 12 months. Every order keeps all your points valid for another 12 months.
Terms
Undisputed (the Caged Members Club) is free. You become a member by logging in to your Caged account and opening this page. New members receive 1,000 points (€10) once per person.
You earn points on the amount paid for products (after discounts, excluding shipping and gift cards). Points become available 30 days after the order has shipped. Returned or cancelled items do not earn points.
100 points are worth €1. From 500 points, in steps of 500, you can swap points for a personal discount code: valid for 12 months, once, only with your account, on orders from €50, covering at most half of the order value. Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or exchanged for cash.
Your rank depends on your total spend at Caged and updates automatically. Once you reach a rank, you keep it. Points expire after 12 months without an order.
Refer a friend: your friend gets €15 off their first order from €75. You receive €15 in points once that order has shipped and the return window has closed. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed. Business (B2B) orders do not take part.
Caged may change or end the programme. Points you have already earned stay valid for at least 3 months after a change. In case of misuse, Caged may cancel points and codes.
