How to measure: Use a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your head (just above the eyebrows and ears).

• How should a head guard fit?

  You're right on the border. If you prefer a tighter fit or have a smaller face/jaw, choose S/M. If you want more room or plan to wear it over a thick hairstyle or headgear, go for L/XL.
