These are garment measurements, not body measurements. Lay a piece that fits you well flat, measure it and compare. The fabric stretches for a compression fit.

How to measure
- Chest: Lay the rashguard flat and measure straight across, just below the armpits.
- Waist: Measure straight across the waist, at the narrowest point.
- Length: From the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Fabric: 230 gsm, 82% polyester and 18% spandex.
Measured flat, allow 1 cm difference.
Fit tip: A rashguard should fit close to the skin. Between two sizes, take the smaller one for compression or the larger one for a looser fit.
